Breakfast was a cheek, seldom got such a bad breakfast. The “fresh farmer's bread” was old stone-hard bread baked black in the toaster, the lettuce leaves were withered and dirty. The sausage was the cheapest quality, as was the cheese. You also don't get a soft-boiled egg. It was also very cold in the café ... the low number of visitors should have warned us in advance.
Everything delicious, staff friendly
My absolute favorite cafe
Good coffee and very tasty cakes. The Kona is almost a must for me when I'm in Regensburg.
My main excitement: For almost 6 euros you can get the smallest muesli in the world, carelessly prepared with 2 spoons of oat flakes, 2 grapes, 2 blueberries and 2 slices of orange. The rest of our breakfast plate was poorly occupied for the money and tasted edible but simply not good. We are experienced breakfasters and the overall German average is far below the price and taste. Sorry
For me one of the most child-friendly cafés, but the audience is very mixed, which makes the place different from the usual family cafés. There are enough high chairs, high chairs and toys for children. The food is very tasty, especially the bagels and the breakfast days are recommended. Anyone who comes by for a coffee from the portafilter and a piece of cake will also be rewarded with very good quality. Since it is always very crowded, I would recommend booking in advance. If you are sensitive to volume, you should drink a valerian tea beforehand: o).
Always happy to come back. The bagels are delicious. The range of coffees includes the typical classics, but also very tasty specialties. In addition, the atmosphere and presentation of the location is really nice and cozy. Definitely recommendable.
Excellent coffee, friendly staff.
A very cozy café. It has a very nice atmosphere, the waitresses were very courteous and friendly! And the bagels were delicious! Always happy!
Cozy cafe for parents with children. Delicious croissants. Breakfast is available from 9 am
Very nice ambience. Delicious coffee!
Always great with babies / small children! Changing table is available. The carrot cake is super delicious!
Very delicious fresh, lovingly prepared breakfast and delicious homemade cakes👍 ♥ ️ Friendly staff! Gladly again and recommendable! Small note: would be great if you would add a glass of water for breakfast 😉
The service was friendly, but not attentive and possibly had too many tables in the front and rear area to use! The interior is uncomfortable, just putting down tables and chairs is no longer enough today; the competition doesn't sleep! We made reservations and got a table in the back area, where the many mothers and their small children are, so a quiet and relaxed breakfast was out of the question. It's like on the Stachus; The patio door opens and closes constantly, strollers are shunted back and forth and the cold air runs ice cold! The toilet right next door in continuous operation! The little ones clatter and throw the toys back and forth - the volume is not pleasant. Breakfast was good, but nothing more. For us there is definitely no reason to eat there again. It is a café only for families with small children, they feel comfortable there, which is fine, but not for everyone!
Went with a small group, everyone liked their beverages and the apple pie thing was delish. But the banana bread was terrible. Couldn't taste any bananas. Just tasted flour and shortening. So whoever's in charge of the banana bread. Find a new recipe.
Everything was fine, big breakfast, nice staff. The decoration could have been a little more Christmas or more.
Nice place
One of the most relaxed cafes in Regensburg. Relatively much space and still very comfortable due to the division into different rooms. The staff friendly, the coffee good, what more could you ask for?
Friendly service, quiet courtyard, good location. Stillness: an impertinence. An armchair next to a toilet bowl. Would like to ask the operator if he would take his meal next to a toilet bowl. The restaurant is loveless. Cleanliness.
Very wholesome café away from the big city noises. It's surprisingly big. Service was good and quite quick. We sat in the nice garden, which was very cool even on such a hot day. My partner had the maracuja + mint lemonade and I had the Weizen. My beer could have been colder though! The building seems to be wheelchair accessible from the main entrance. The bathroom was clean.
I like Kona and its beautiful courtyard, especially in summer. The coffee is good and I like the lunch specials. But what I think is a pity that the service is rather slow. Last time we waited forever in a quasi-empty café and were then served by guests who came after us. Would be my only criticism, otherwise I really like to drink coffee :-)
Very friendly service despite the full house. Enviable. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and the prices are okay. The premises and everything else very clean. A restaurant for families too. Perfect.
Beautifully prepared breakfast but the sausage was nothing and without a drink for the price
Wonderful place, tasty and well-made food, and cheerful staff... Perfect for a either a short stop or a full afternoon (I tried both), alone or with friends or with your family, and even for groups!
Very family-friendly café in the middle of the city center, with a very good option for breakfast. Also suitable for vegetarians! In addition to breakfast, the café also offers bagels, salads, small appetites and homemade cakes. Tip: The big Kona breakfast on the cake stand and the Spanish apple pie.
Great atmoshpere, tasty food and awesome service. Highly recommend.
Very nice, has a room for visitors with children. Lots of plays there, also wickel and still room.
